Vouchers can be delivered by Royal Mail in a beautifully presented wallet, or sent instantly by email for those last-minute surprises. Postal orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. For any further assistance, our reception team is always on hand to help.

Delivery Information

Gift vouchers may be ordered for either postal or e-mail delivery and can be sent to the purchaser or directly to the recipient. Vouchers may be scheduled for a delivery date up to three months in advance.

Email Vouchers

Emailed vouchers are sent out 24/7, every day of the year. A purchase confirmation email will be sent, followed by a second email with a link to a pdf of the voucher to download. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot see the emails, please contact us and we will assist.

Postal Vouchers

Postal voucher orders will be acknowledged by email. Gift voucher orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday - Friday) will be sent out on the same day. Orders placed after 2.00 pm will be sent out on the next working day. Postal vouchers are sent out by Royal Mail, first class post. The Royal Mail expect to deliver more than 90% of mail the day after posting. If you have not received a gift voucher within a couple of days, please contact us and we will advise.

Terms and Conditions - Gift Voucher Purchase

Gift vouchers may be cancelled up to 14 days after the voucher has been delivered. Any refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Requests must be made by email, quoting the 16-character voucher code or 6-digit order ID. A cancellation fee may be charged.

Terms and Conditions - Gift Voucher Use

Gift vouchers are valid only for the services stated or, in the case of monetary amounts, in exchange for services of equivalent value. Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery of services subject to availability. No change or credit given. Services must be pre-booked and the original voucher/email surrendered prior to take up of the service. The unique code may only be redeemed once. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The voucher will not be redeemed after the expiry date. Cancellation within 48 hours of a booking renders the voucher null and void
